Chromebook Troubleshooting

Internet Page Not Loading

  • Ensure the device is connected to PhilaSD Wifi

  • Go to captive.apple.com

    • Sign into the PhilaSD page using district credentials (e.g., school ID number)

Internet/Chromebook Is Running Slow

The Computer is Working | An App Is Not Loading

  • Reset the Chromebook Screen Resolution

    • Press and Hold Ctrl + Shift + 0​
