Chromebook Troubleshooting
Internet Page Not Loading

Ensure the device is connected to PhilaSD Wifi
-
Go to captive.apple.com
-
Sign into the PhilaSD page using district credentials (e.g., school ID number)

Internet/Chromebook Is Running Slow
-
Clear the cache in the Chromebook (Ensure you select All Time from the dropdown)

Powerwash the Chromebook

Sign out of the Chromebook
-
Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r

Select Restart and Press Continue

The Computer is Working | An App Is Not Loading

Reset the Chromebook Screen Resolution
