Chromebook Troubleshooting

Internet Page Not Loading

  • Ensure the device is connected to PhilaSD Wifi

  • Go to

    • Sign into the PhilaSD page using district credentials (e.g., school ID number)

Internet/Chromebook Is Running Slow
