Independent Work Assignments

The following are tasks designed for individuals to complete autonomously, without direct supervision or immediate assistance. The primary purpose of independent work assignments is to cultivate self-directed learning and critical thinking. They empower individuals to take ownership of their learning experiences, encouraging them to explore topics of interest deeply and creatively. By engaging with assignments independently, participants can develop essential skills such as problem-solving, time management, and self-discipline.

  • IWT 2: S/P2 Automotive Service Safety & Automotive Service Pollution Prevention Certification (2 weeks)

  • IWT 3: Starting A Career In The Automotive Industry (1 week)

  • IWT 4: Standard Operating Procedures (1 week)

  • IWT 5: The Workshop 4c System Standard Operating Procedures (1 week)

  • IWT 6: Hand Tools (1 week)

  • IWT 7: WD-40: Cleaning, Storage, and Maintenance of Tools and Equipment (1 week)

  • IWT 8: Fasteners And Thread Repair (1 week)

  • IWT 9: Vehicle Lifting And Hoisting  (1 week)

  • IWT 10: Lubrication System: Engine Oil (1 week)
